PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control minute vibration of a mirror face. SOLUTION: An oscillation mechanism part regulating oscillation movement of a mirror consists of a pivot plate 3 on which the mirror is attached and an actuator having two mirror angle adjusting devices driving oscillation movement of the pivot plate 3. The mirror angle adjusting device consists of a motor 7, a ring gear 5, and an adjuster 1 converting the rotation movement of the ring gear 5 into linear movement. The whole of the adjuster 1 is formed by a boltlike element, and a feed screw part is provided in a shaft part. Moreover, a ball joint part 11 connected with a connection part 35 of the pivot plate 3 through a spherical face is provided in a tip part. A damping mechanism consisting of an engaging recess 19 and a protruding rib 25 is provided in a lower end part of the adjuster 1.
