PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective utilization of slab members for a construction structure to be realized as heat accumulating medium. SOLUTION: There are provided a main air conditioner 8 for processing an interior load and a surrounding atmosphere load and a perimeter air conditioner 15 for processing perimeter load and performing a heat accumulating operation against slabs 2 acting as heat accumulating medium. A finish floor 3 is arranged on the slabs to keep a floor chamber 4 between the slab and the finish floor 3. The perimeter air conditioner circulates air in the floor chamber while the air is being processed therein to perform a heat accumulating operation against the slabs, supplies air to the perimeter through the floor chamber and processes the perimeter load while utilizing heat held in the slabs. Surrounding atmosphere is taken by the perimeter air conditioner, supplied to the floor chamber and discharged from the floor chamber, thereby the perimeter air conditioner performs a heat accumulating operation with the surrounding atmosphere. A perimeter load is measured by a measuring means 24 and correspondingly an amount of blown air of the perimeter air conditioner is increased or decreased by a blowing amount control means 25. |
