A lip implant and lip instrument. The lip implant may be formed from materials such as solid silicone and urethane and is shaped to be received in the lip of a patient. The lip instrument includes a pair of arms coupled together having clamping members to grasp and retain the lip implant. A method for insertion of the lip implant into the patient is further described.
