A cyclone unit and a dust-collecting apparatus having the same are provided to collect the sewage from the outside and to discharge the air separated from the sewage. A body(110) is constructed by a cylindrical shape. The upper and lower ends of the cylindrical body are opened. An air inlet(111) is formed at the center of the body so that the air including filth is inputted into the inside of the body. An upper cover(130) is detachably combined at the upper end of the body so that the upper end of the opened body is opened or closed. The upper cover includes an air discharge tube(131) for discharging the air separated from filth into the outside of the body.
