a multiwell plate having a plurality of reaction wells; a binding surface at a bottom portion of each of the plurality of reaction wells; and a plurality of discrete spots of allergen material coupled to the binding surface of at least one of the plurality of reaction wells, wherein at least two discrete spots in at least one reaction well include different allergen material.
