Fastening for pane in aperture in door-leaf, with base and counter frames

The base frame consists of a profiled bar (3). A counter frame consisting of a profiled bar (4) is inserted from the other side into the door-hole. Angled steel plate holder strips (5) for the pane (1) are detachably clipped to the base frame. The steel plate base frame and counter-frame strips each have a U-sectioned flange (7) forming a compartment for connecting the pane-holder strip. The base frame profiled bar has an arm (8) for supporting the periphery of the pane. The counter frame profiled bar and pane-holder bar have support surfaces (9) for the sides of the pane. The flange has an inner arm resting against the door-leaf, and a parallel, outer arm the free end of which has a protruding flange edge.
