PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost of a high frequency inverter which operates at a fixed frequency effective for heater/cooker of multi opening induction. SOLUTION: This inverter comprises a first coil 4 with one end connected to a direct current supply 1, first switching device 5 serially connected to the first coil 4 with respect to the power supply 1, first resonating capacitor 6 forming a resonator circuit together with the first coil 4, and a serial connection of second coil 7 which is connected in parallel to the first switching device 5 and a second switching device 8. The second switching device 8 controls and conducts such that the voltage across the first switching device 5 at the time of inverted conduction is less than a predetermined voltage. |
