PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously process plural jobs via plural persons using different prepaid cards. SOLUTION: When a prepaid card is put into a card reader-writer 1, a controller 2 subtracts the value accordance with the number of copy sheets from the frequency of the card to update this frequency and then ejects the card from the reader-writer 1. Thus, another user puts his/her own prepaid card into the reader-writer 1 in order to copy an original and can previously read the original via an original reading part of a copying machine 7. As a result, the machine 7 can simultaneously read and print out the original. If the copying operation does not end in a normal state, the prepaid card is put again into the reader- writer 1 and the frequency of the card is corrected. |
