PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for stretching a master rope in a high tension state. SOLUTION: A tightening tool 33 is arranged between a hook 31 for connection to be connected to the end of the master rope 1 and a hook 32 for lock to be engaged with an engagement object A<SB>2</SB>. The tightening tool 33 is operated to pull the connection hook 31 toward the hook 32, and then, the master rope 1 stretched between a pair of engagement objects A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>is stretched with tension.
