PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavator capable of surely transmitting rotation, without requiring to arrange an installation hole for incorporating a rotation transmitting part. SOLUTION: A connecting hole 12 in the longitudinal direction is formed on the tip of a device 6 for receiving impact force and torque. A connecting shaft 16 arranged on the base end in the longitudinal direction of a bit device 15, is rotatably inserted into and connected to this connecting hole 12. In the device 6, a bit stopper 13 is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the connecting hole 12, and the rotation of the device 6 is transmitted to the bit device 15 by engaging this bit stopper 13 with an engaging groove 17. A storage recessed part 61 is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the device 6, and the bit stopper 13 is installed in this storage recessed part 61. The rotation can be stably transmitted over a long period without requiring to arrange a hole for installing a pin being a conventional rotation transmitting part on an outside surface of the device 6.
