PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire improved in uneven wear resistance of tread.SOLUTION: A tire uses, as a skeleton, a carcass extending in a toroidal shape between a pair of bead cores and has at least one circumferential belt layer and a tread on the outside of the carcass in the direction of tire diameter. In the tire, the tread is formed from a plurality of tread rubber layers, the dynamic modulus of elasticity of an outside tread rubber layer located on the furthest outside in the direction of tire diameter is higher than the dynamic modulus of elasticity of an inside tread rubber layer located on the furthest inside in the direction of tire diameter. The thickness of the inside tread rubber layer in a tread center area is less than the thickness of the inside tread rubber layer in an edge area of the circumferential belt layer in the direction of tire width. The position of the maximum thickness of the inside tread rubber layer is outside in the direction of tire width of a position corresponding to 80% width of the circumferential belt layer around a tire equator face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
