摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize the sealing performance of a solid electrolyte type fuel cell by alternately laminating a unit cell and a gas supply means and arranging a gas sealing part in a predetermined part between the unit cell and the gas supply means and constituting the gas sealing part of a layered product made of metal and glass. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrolyte type fuel cell is constituted with a porous base substance 7 with a rib in which a unit cell 31 including an anode 1, a solid electrolyte substance 3 and a cathode 2 is formed and a porous base substance 11 with a rib in which an inconnector 12 is formed being alternately laminated. A fuel gas supply manifold 4 and an oxidant gas supply manifold 5 are provided in the central part of a layered product. In a fuel cell of such constitution, the base substance 7 in which the anode 1, the electrolyte substance 3 and the cathode 2 are formed, and the porous base substance in which the inconnector layer 12 is formed can be merely alternately laminated. Therefore, since the base substance 7 and the base substance 11 are mutually and freely movable in the process of thermal expansion, a thermal stress is not generated. Also, since the gas sealing part 6A, 6B is formed in laminated structure, a thermal stress is not generated.
