PURPOSE:To make it easy to mold a foot rest for use in a shower unit comprising a storage tower having shower equipment therein and a floor panel by forming the foot rest integrally with a floor pan on the side of the unit where the shower equipment is installed, the foot rest being higher than the floor face of the floor pan. CONSTITUTION:A shower unit 1 comprises a storage tower 2, a floor pan 3 and shower equipment 4, etc., the shower 2 and the floor pan 3 being molded independently from FRP. The storage tower 2 is a hollow cylindrical body comprising an outer peripheral side wall portion 2a and a ceiling portion 2b with a ventilating fan 5 provided in an opening 2c formed through a part of the ceiling portion 2b, and the shower equipment 4 is provided on that portion of the outer peripheral side wall portion 2a of the storage tower 2 which is below the ventilating fan 5 provided. The floor pan 3 is provided to block the lower opening of the storage tower 2, and a foot rest 6 higher than the floor face 3a of the floor pan 3 is formed integrally with the floor pan 3 so that the foot rest 6 can be easily molded. |
