PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate position detection control device for properly operating a moving distance even when a wheel is expanded or worn by thermal expansion. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an absolute position deviation comparing circuit 8 for comparing the deviation of an absolute value and a pulse count value, a pulse correction operating circuit 9 for operating the moving distance (weight value) per pulse, a storage circuit 10 for storing the value operated by this pulse correction operating circuit 9 and a pulse count operation correcting circuit 11 for operating the moving distance on the basis of the stored value in this storage circuit 10 and outputting it as a corrected moving distance 12.
