PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair capable of improving a sitting comfort when a user sits thereon by changing the constitution of a backrest, saving the time and labor when assembling and replacing components in repair and the like and recycling them, and saving the time and labor in manufacturing by changing a locking method between the backrest part and a surface material and simplifying the working method of the surface material. SOLUTION: The backrest part supported to leg parts is dividedly constituted of a resin back inner shell and a resin back lining shell, a reinforcing body is detachably attached to the circumference of the back lining shell and the lower part of the reinforcing body is detachably attached to the leg parts. In this chair formed by covering the back inner shell of the backrest part with the surface material, the back inner shell is integrally molded with a plurality of locking parts on its back face, the surface material has hooks at the end parts, and the hooks are locked to the locking parts to cover the back inner shell with the surface material.
