PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiator capable of uniformizing the irradiation amounts to a printing medium even when there are variations in irradiation intensity of light sources and there is a large difference in irradiation intensity between groups of the light sources divided into a plurality of groups based on the magnitude of irradiation intensity.SOLUTION: A light irradiator comprises: a UV irradiation part 70 which irradiates UV ink applied to a printing medium with irradiation light; and a movement part which moves the relative positions between the printing medium and the UV irradiation part 70 in the Z-axis direction. The UV irradiation part 70 includes: a light source array 71AR in which a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) 71A whose irradiation intensity is included in the first range are arrayed in the Y-axis direction intersecting the Z-axis direction; and a light source array 71BR which is arranged in parallel with the light source array 71AR and in which a plurality of LEDs 71B whose irradiation intensity is included in the second range are arrayed in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
