PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wood-based molding capable of producing a wood-based molding which reduces the number of steps, has an inorganic fiber that is hard to be cut off and is moderately dispersed, and is excellent in impact resistance to a momentary stress.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a wood-based molding includes: a first step of kneading wood flour and a thermoplastic resin with a first torque, and preparing a first liquid kneaded material of the wood flour and the thermoplastic resin; a second step of adding an inorganic fiber to the first kneaded material after the first step, kneading the resultant material with a second torque lower than the first torque, and preparing a second liquid kneaded material; and a third step of molding the second kneaded material after the second step, and obtaining a wood-based molding.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
