摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralizing device capable of quantifying a flow rate of drain discharged by a siphon, and a latent heat recovery type heat source machine.SOLUTION: A flow passage member 12 of a neutralizing device 1 has a pipe shape which extends upward from an intake port 12a opening to the inside of a drain storage tank 11, and after reaching an upper end part TP, which extends downward and reaches a discharge port 12b, and which constitutes a siphon. A neutralizing tank 13 is constituted so that drain D flows downward along a surface of at least one part of neutralizer. The flow passage member 12 has a penetration part S which connects an outside part OS and an inside part IS of the pipe shape between the intake port 12a and the upper end part TP. The penetration part S is constituted so that, when the drain D flows in the inside IS of the flow passage member 12 from the intake port 12a to the neutralizing tank 13, by surface tension of the drain D, the drain D is prevented from leaking to the outside OS of the flow passage member 12 from the penetration part S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
