<p>PURPOSE:To provide a polar linear actuator, which is roughly constant in attracting force in a full stroke, is good in power efficiency and is capable of actuating a movable core left and right. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic materials 9R and 9L, whose interiors are hollow, are kept confronted each other and a movable core 3 to move these hollow parts left and right is arranged. A yoke 5 is arranged between these magnetic materials 9R and 9L in such a way that magnetic fluxes produced by permanent magnets 1U and 1D are passed through in the direction rectangular to the direction of motion of the core 3 and magnetic fluxes, which are generated by an oxidation of coils 4R and 4L and are passed through in the same direction as the direction of motion of the core 3, are flowed to these magnetic fluxes in such a way that they are respectively added to one side of the magnetic fluxes and are subtracted from one side of the magnetic fluxes by the left and right magnetic materials. A magnetic circuit is constituted so as to prevent a permanent magnet from entering in series the magnetic paths of the magnetic fluxes of the coils. Accordingly, a magnetic flux density in a gap is changed between the left and right magnetic materials by the excitation of the coils and the core 3 is moved.</p> |
