PAGING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF WIRELESS PAGER USING MORSE CODE

PURPOSE: A paging apparatus and method of a wireless pager using Morse code which converts received paging information into a Morse code and outputting it as a tone when the paging information is received, is provided. CONSTITUTION: The paging method of a wireless pager using Morse code wherein the wireless pager includes a memory for storing a Morse code and a key input section having a reproducing key, the method comprising the steps of: checking a Morse code alarm mode is set when paging information is received in a receiving standby mode; reading a Morse code with respect to the received paging information and producing storing a Morse code sentence in the memory when the Morse code alarm mode is set; and generating a tone with respect to the Morse code sentence which is stored in the memory.
