PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance arranging strength by preventing lateral dislocation, lift and settlement, and to reliably fix a block by arranging a recessed part in a position except for an arranging surface side end part of the block in an abutting surface part of the block and cast-in-place concrete of a concrete block. SOLUTION: A recessed part 1 is arranged in a surface part abutting to cast-in-place concrete K on the inside slightly upper than an arranging surface side end part S of a concrete variable side groove block 100. After being cured/ hardened by placing the cast-in-place concrete K so as to fall on the recessed part 1, the recessed part 1 and the cast-in-place concrete K are connected in close contact in a fitting/locking state, and since connecting strength is improved further, lateral dislocation, lift and settlement of the block 100 can be prevented. A placing quantity of cast-in-place concrete K can be reduced by this strong fixation.
