A piston, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pump having the same are provided to reduce the time required for cleaning a pump pressure chamber by forming the piston using fluorine resin instead of rubber. A piston is movably installed in a cylinder. The piston includes fluorine resin. An outer circumference part(5) of the piston does not exceeding 1mm, and is flexible. The outer circumference part(5) passes through a re-bending section(3) and has a flange unit(7) at an open end part thereof. An inner diameter of the re-bending section(3) has a size of 80% or more compared to an outer diameter of the re-bending section(3). A workpiece, which includes the fluorine resin, is cut to form a semi-piston product, and then a secondary process is performed on the semi-piston product to obtain the piston.
