PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire further improving durability by performing efficient temperature reduction of a portion causing deterioration of the inside of a tire lateral side part. SOLUTION: This run-flat tire 1 is provided with projections 10 for turbulent flow generation extending toward the outer peripheral side from the inner peripheral side with intervals in the tire circumferential direction on an outside surface 3a of the tire side part 3, a plurality of the projections 10 for turbulent flow generation are constituted of outside extending projections 12 and inside extending projections 13 alternately arranged, positions of inner peripheral end surfaces 12a of the outside extending projections 12 are positioned on the inner peripheral side from positions of outer peripheral end surfaces 13a of the inside extending projections 13, and the outside extending projections 12 and the inside extending projections 13 are arranged with a part thereof overlapped in the tire diametrical direction.
