The appropriate mass ratio of lactoferrin to vitamin C or an iron source (as iron) to lactoferrin and vitamin C, and the formula milk powder of the present invention is obtained by performing mixing, homogenizing, cooling, concentration and spray-drying, packaging or directly using a step-by-step mixing method.
