<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elastic hooking pieces of a cap unit from being bent when a can mouth is capped. <P>SOLUTION: The cap unit 50 is formed such that a cap 40 having an upper wall 41 which is freely pushed outward/inward and a sidewall which is formed of the many elastic hooking pieces 42 is fitted within a sealing member 10 having an upper wall 11 and a sidewall 12, which is formed by injection molding a synthetic resin.
