PURPOSE:To easily facilitate a countermeasure to the variation desired by a receiver without increasing the number of the transmission paths of a picture. CONSTITUTION:Picture signals inputted from cameras 1a, 1b, and 1c are respectively transmitted by using transmission paths 4a, 4b, and 4c. At the same time, a selection signal for selecting one of the picture signals is transmitted from a switching signal transmitter 9 by using a transmission path 8. At a reception side, the picture signal indicated by a switching signal 16 among the received picture signals 11a, 11b, and 11c is selected by a received picture switch 7, and displayed. Therefore, the kind of the selecting method of the picture can be easily increased by increasing the kind of the selection signal.
