PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unwanted dummy part and grasping part in a circuit board during manufacture of electronic unit by providing a board fitting part per every kind of circuit board according to its shape, providing transfer pallets whose outer shape is the same mutually, and carrying boards depending or categories while they are fitted to the dedicated transfer pallet. SOLUTION: A pallet 1 is provided with an opening 11 for housing a circuit board P in its central part, and the circuit board P is set in the opening 11. The circuit board P is formed into a size such as to produce two electronic units at the same time. A V-groove L is provided at the center thereof to be divided into two after discharged from a transfer conveyor. A flange is provided under the opening 11 to prevent the circuit board P from dropping downward. Then, when the circuit board P is set in the opening 11, it is placed on the upper surface of the flange 12. The circuit board P is pressed down from the upper side so as not to be removed from the transfer conveyor during transfer. Both right and left side parts 14 of the pallet 1 become the grasping parts for each manufacturing device. |
