<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single touching type fishing line-connection device for connecting the fishing line by single touching without complicated operations to insert and remove a cylindrical unit in and from an engaging unit. <P>SOLUTION: This single touching type fishing line-connection device has a cylindrical housing formed to have a tapered cross-section, an upper lid attached to the larger sized opening end of the cylindrical housing and having an arbitrarily installed fishing line through hole for passing through the fishing line and a spherical stopper housed in the cylindrical housing. The fishing line is inserted into the smaller opening end and pulled out of the fishing line through hole, pulled toward the pulling direction from the small sized opening end and fixed by nipping the fishing line between a spherical stopper and the inner wall of the cylindrical housing. Thus, the fishing line is prevented from slipping off by inserting a leader, or the like, into the cylindrical housing and solely pulling it to the opposite side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
