PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film which is preferably used for an application such as shrinkable packaging, shrinkable bundling packaging, shrink label or the like, and in particular excellent in balance of heat shrunken finish, natural shrinkage, transparency, film stiffness(rigidity at ordinary temperature) and mechanical strength such as resistance to breakage. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable film is a heat-shrinkable film which is obtained by at least unidirectionally stretching a mixed resin composition composed of a polycarbonate-based resin and a polyester-based resin that can shift the glass transition temperature resulted from the polycarbonate-based resin to a low temperature side, and has the heat shrinkage percentage of at least 20 % at least in one direction when dipped in water at 80°C for 10 sec, wherein the peak of the loss tangent(tanδ) curve measured at a vibration frequency of 10 Hz by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is existed as a single peak in the range of not lower than 70°C and not higher than 130°C, and the half width of the loss tangent curve is not lower than 15°C.
