PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved hydrogen concentration meter capable of performing highly accurate measurement without being affected by pH or dissolved oxygen concentration of a sample.SOLUTION: The dissolved hydrogen concentration meter uses: an electrode that includes a working electrode 5 including a platinum electrode 3 with platinum black plating 4 exposed at a lower end, a reference electrode 7 immersed in an electrolytic solution 2 including a potassium chloride solution of 3.3M or 3M and having a separated silver-silver chloride electrode, and that includes a liquid junction 8 composed of a porous ceramic separated from the platinum electrode with platinum black plating and provided in parallel with the lower end. A glucose oxidase activity is set to be 5 kU/L or more, a catalase activity is set to be 0.5 MU/L or more, and a glucose concentration is set to be 2.5 mM or more. The dissolved hydrogen concentration meter measures an oxidation-reduction potential of a sample in which a pH adjuster capable of being adjusted within a constant value between pH4 and pH9 is added, and determines a dissolved hydrogen concentration from the lower limit potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
