PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an aluminum winding type solid capacitor is provided to satisfy a capacitor characteristic and lower a resistance in a high frequency band by reducing the total size and increasing the capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A device is formed by winding low-density Manila paper as insulating paper between an aluminum anode foil and an aluminum cathode foil. The device is dipped into 3,4-ethylene-deoxy-thiopen as a monomer. The device is dipped into the mixing solution of oxidant and solvent. The device is dried under high temperature. A low-density process for the device is performed under the high temperature of 200 to 300 degrees centigrade during 1 to 5 hours after a winding process and a thermal process are performed. |
