When a dust bag is set in the dust collection room, the bag is held secure upon closing the room cover. If no bag is in the room, the room cover is automatically interrupted against joining with the main body. When the bag(125) is attached to the room cover(160) to be positioned in the room(112), the room cover(160) joins with the main unit(110) to secure the bag in the room(112) by means of a support frame(10). When the frame(10) positions the bag in the room, the cover(160) joins with main unit(110); but in the event of no bag in the room, the cover is interrupted against joining by a safety lever(40).
