PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a milk beverage excellent in thermal stability of an emulsified product when a UHT sterilization usable for a drink packed in a PET bottle is applied, and a long-term preservation stability by including a fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol having the specific clouding point. SOLUTION: This milk beverage contains a fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol, having >=90 deg.C clouding point measured in 20% sodium chloride aqueous solution at 1 wt.% concentration. Preferably, the average polymerization degree of the polyglycerol constituting the fatty acid ester of the polyglycerol is 4-12, and the amount of the remaining polyglycerol is <=70 wt.%. Further, the fatty acid constituting the fatty acid ester of the polyglycerol is preferably one or more fatty acids selected from 14-22C saturated or unsaturated fatty acids. |
