A cyclized arylamine derivative, a hole injection layer prepared from the derivative, and an organic electroluminescent device containing the hole injection layer are provided to improve thermal stability, lifetime, emission luminance and efficiency. A cyclized arylamine derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein Ar1 to Ar8 are identical or different one another and are independently an aromatic cyclic group selected from benzene, biphenyl and anthracene, and Ar1 to Ar8 can be substituted with a group selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 fused cyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 arylalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 arylamine group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 hetero aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 hetero cycloalkyl group, or a halogen atom independently.
