<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of appropriately securing the confidentiality of document print regardless of a document format. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processing system 1, when the print request of a document is made from one client terminal CL1 to CLn, a management server KS determines an approver who approves the validity/invalidity of print in response to the print request, and makes the approval request of the validity/invalidity of print of the document to client terminals CL1 to CLn of the approver, and when the approver permits print in response to the approval request, the document whose print request has been made is printed by printers Pr1 to Prm.
