A rail support coupling joint is provided to heighten constructability and to shorten a period of construction by reducing the quantity of wooden backing required for constructing a rail and excluding the process of installing a form, arranging reinforcing bars and curing. A rail support coupling joint(A) is installed between rail supports to couple the rail supports, and formed by forming ring portions(11) on two sides of a rod(1) bent in a rectangular shape to be placed and coupled with a bolt(250) of a female screw(220), forming the top of a bolt guide groove(111) opened downward to be extended to the upper part of the rod, forming a semi-circular convex portion(112) to have an upward convex semi-circular shape on the top of the bolt guide groove and forming an insertion guide(114) having inclines(113,113') widening toward the lower part on the bottom of the bolt guide groove, thereby guiding the bolt to the inclines and inserting to the bolt guide groove formed on the upper part of the incline easily. In addition, spacer projections(115,115') are formed on two sides of each ring portion to keep two sides of the ring portion not to make direct contact with each other when putting and coupling to the bolt fastened to the female screw buried in the rail support.
