<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner supply device which prevents the undesired deformation of a cover member and also enhances the workability in its disassembly by enhancing the assembly strength of the cover member without enhancing bonding strength between a case and the cover member more than needed. <P>SOLUTION: A stirring member 12 and a conveying screw 13 or the like are disposed in a toner storing chamber 10 inside the case 11, and then toner is stored. A pair of plate-type members 28 opposed to each other through a gap is protrusively provided in each of almost centers of the peripheral edges 14a and 14c of the opening part 14 of the toner storing chamber 10. Vertical parts at both ends of a beam member 30 having a T-shaped cross section comprising a horizontal part 46 and the vertical part 47 are made to pass through the gap from below, so that the beam member 30 is held. A hook provided on the back surface of the cover member is hooked on the beam member 30, whereby the cover member is prevented from being swollen by preventing the center of the cover member from being deformed to the upside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
