PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket for a vibration-proof device showing a superior durability and a vibration-proof device.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a bracket 1 for a vibration-proof device to which a vibration-proof device main body 10 comprising a fixing member 12 and elastic members 13 resiliently connected to the fixing member 12 is fixed. The bracket 1 has a resin bracket main body 12 for supporting the vibration-proof device main body 10 and cylindrical fixing members 3 arranged at the bracket main body 12 having flange parts 3b at both ends for fixing the bracket main body 12 to either a vibration generating part or a vibration receiving part.
