PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical water quality inspection system capable of rapidly measuring the number of biological fine products contained in a large amount of object water at the site in which the water flows through a pipe.SOLUTION: The inside of a transparent pipe 1 through which object water W is fed is irradiated with coherent light, and the interference fringe between the object light coming from the pipe 1 and the reference light is photographed with an imaging device 32. A data processing unit 36 reproduces an image from hologram data acquired for each photographic period that is determined in accordance with the flow rate and the width of a photographic region, and compares it with sample data during the image reproduction, thereby identifying the images of biological fine products M and measuring the number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
