PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present support information for determining a reason that repeated operation has been performed with respect to a part of the content where the repeated operation has been performed.SOLUTION: A content utilization support device 50 detects, from operation information of a content, operation information related to repeated operation with respect to one part of the content. The content utilization support device 50 totals distribution of attribute values of a first user information group to be associated with the detected operation information and distribution of attribute values of a second user information group that is not associated with the detected operation information, every predetermined kind of attribute. Moreover, the content utilization support device 50 compares the distribution of attribute values of the first user information group with the distribution of attribute values of the second user information group, every predetermined kind of attribute, with respect to the part of the content where the repeated operation has been detected, and detects an attribute characteristic to the first user information group.
