CONSTITUTION:A suction valve 7 is equipped with a second spring member 74 for applying force to a valve body 73 of the suction valve 7 with respect to a valve seat 72 to hold the suction valve 7 in a closed state until a discharge valve 9 is completely closed to return liquid in a nozzle 6 to a pump chamber 6 when a piston 4 moves in a direction for widening, and further hold the suction valve 7 in the closed state against increase in an internal. pressure in a container due to a change in temperature. |
