PURPOSE:To improve conformability of a slide bearing, so that seizure resistance can be improved. CONSTITUTION:An annular groove is formed in an internal peripheral surface of a bearing alloy layer, and also it is covered with an overlay layer, so that at wearing time, the overlay layer left in a recessed part of the annular groove and a mountain part between the annular grooves of the bearing alloy layer are respectively exposed. When assumed (h) for height of the mountain part and (t) for thickness of the overlay layer in a vertex of the mountain part, the thickness (t) and the height (h) are set within a range of satisfying a condition of the following three formulas. 1<=h<=8...(1), 1.5h<t<=4h+6...(2), t<=25...(3), where a dimensional unit of (h) and (t) is mum. |
