PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a scrape work and the cleaning by acetone while increasing a fusion strength by moving relatively a thermal plastic resin pipe and a thermal plastic resin joint so that a shearing force is exerted on the contact surface during fusing. SOLUTION: An electric heat wire 3 is electrified while contacting the fused surface of a thermo plastic resin pipe 1 with the fused surface of a thermo plastic resin joint 2 provided with the electric heat wire 2 near the fused surface. The thermo plastic resin pipe 1 is fused to the thermo plastic resin joint 2. During fusing, the thermoplastic plastic resin pipe 1 and the thermo plastic resin joint 2 are relatively moved so that a shearing force is exerted to the contact surface between the thermo plastic resin pipe 1 and the thermo plastic resin joint 2. The shearing force is exerted to the interface of the fused surface of a melted state and the flow and stiring action of the resin are generated. Even if an injury, deterioration such as surface oxidation, dust and dirt of oil exist on the interface, they are taken in to the inside of the thermo plastic resin organization and the fusion is not obstructed. Thereby, the scrape work and the cleaning by acetone are dispensed with, while increasing a fusion strength. |
