PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing, in high operating efficiency in a mechanically formable way, soybean flour-formulated candies capable of being respectively wrapped and also having mellow flavor inherent in soybean flour. SOLUTION: This method for producing soybean flour-formulated candies comprises the following process: obtaining a candy batter by mixing molten candy produced by boiling down glutinous starch syrup, with oil-and-fat soybean flour comprising soybean flour and vegetable oil and fat followed by cooling the thus obtained candy batter, and then mechanically forming the thus cooled resultant product.
