<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein durability of a zinc oxide transparent conductive film is low and resistance thereof is increased under an environment of high temperature and high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent conductive film excellent in conductivity and durability is manufactured by constituting a zinc oxide transparent conductive oxide layer 3 on a surface side separated from a transparent substrate 1, to contain silicon dioxide and to form amorphous structure, in the transparent conductive film composed of two or more of the zinc oxide transparent conductive oxide layers 2, 3.
