The invention concerns an orthopaedic shoe which, to ensure uniform loading of the locomotory system, has a foot plate (1) which can be displaced with respect to the sole (2) of the shoe (3). Owing to the adjustability of the foot plate (1), incorrect loading, which leads to ailments, is avoided.
