<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently increase the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water by moving a floating frame with the shrinkage force elastic shrinkage bodies via the feeding of compressed air, and discharging the compressed air into the water. CONSTITUTION:Outer wheels 50 with multiple paddle blades are fitted to rotary shafts 14 rotatably supported on the floating frame 12 of an air feeding device 10. Elastic shrinkage bodies 18 expansion-deformed by the feeding of compressed air and generating the shrinkage force in the axial direction are connected to the frame 12 at one end and to the rotary shafts 14 at the other end. When compressed air is fed to and discharged from the elastic shrinkage bodies 18 in sequence by feeding/discharging means 38, the elastic shrinkage bodies 18 are shrunk in sequence in the axial direction, the rotary shafts 14 are rotated around their axes, and the outer wheels 50 advance or retreat the frame 12. The compressed air is discharged into the water by a discharging means 35. Oxygen can be diffused into the water over a wide range together with the movement of the frame 12.</p> |
