摘要 The device uses various springs utilised in the trigger mechanism (102) which is mounted in the lower receiver (104). The lower receiver includes a base (106) for mounting the stock which encloses a buffer tube (108). The buffer tube (108) houses and guides the recoil spring (48) and buffer pilot (49). An upper receiver is pivotally mounted at a point forward of a hammer (42) and the cartridge magazine (110). A pin hole (112) is provided at the rear end of the lower receiver for retaining the upper receiver against the lower receiver. The upper receiver includes a cylindrical bore that guides forward and rearward movement of the bolt carrier (120). The bolt carrier moves forwardly and rearwardly relative the upper receiver to strip cartridges from the magazine and load them into the chamber for subsequent discharge. Discharge is effected by the firing pin (43) which moves forwardly to strike the cartridge primer in response to the forward pivotal movement of the hammer under spring force. An automatic sear trip shoulder (76) is moved rearwardly along the bolt carrier by approximately 1 inch and a new modified shoulder (124) is provided. This new shoulder (124) provides clearance for the resulting mechanism cam (126) of this invention and no longer serves as a trip.
