PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten access time when plural files or resources stored in a magnetic disk are read. SOLUTION: When files or resources based on a printing environment definition condition are read from a magnetic disk 20, the files or the resources which are read are sequentially connected to generate a connected file where the printing environment definition condition is set as a key and the connected file is stored in a magnetic disk 22. When the printing environment definition condition is inputted, the connection file X is read from a magnetic disk 22 and is stored in a memory 24. The address of the file or the resource on the memory, which is requested from a printing device, is informed. Thus, the requested file or the resource can be outputted without accessing to the magnetic disc.
