<p>PURPOSE: To prevent delamination even when sterilizing treatment is applied and to almost eliminate the elution of org. matter by bonding a core layer and a sealant layer by the anchor agent applied to one surface of the core layer and the adhesive resin laminated to the coated surface of the core layer. CONSTITUTION: A plastic film A is obtained by applying a anchor agent to one surface of a core layer 1 composed of a stretched resin to dry the same and extruding an adhesive resin in a molten state to laminate the same to the coating surface of the anchor agent applied to the core layer 1 to form an adhesive resin layer 3 and extruding a sealant resin to the upper surface of the adhesive resin layer 3 in a molten state to form a sealant layer 4 on the core layer 1 through the anchor agent 2 and the adhesive resin layer 3. Or, after the anchor agent 2 is applied and dried, the adhesive resin is extruded in a molten state and, at the same time, a sealant film preliminarily formed from the sealant resin is laminated to form the sealant layer 4 to obtain the plastic film 4.</p> |
